  • Extensive decommissioning work at nuclear and non-nuclear sites, including the performance of Historical Site Assessments and Final Status Surveys using MARSSIM
  • Interface with regulatory agencies to amend and or terminate radioactive material licenses
  • Conducting ALARA and Ground Water assessments at Nuclear Power Plants in association with the Electric Power Research Institute
  • Development of Nuclear Power Industry Consensus Standards documents for Radiation Protection Guidance in conjunction with Electric Power Research Institute
  • Disposal of thousands of sealed sources and dry active waste for disposal for several of our clients

C.N. associates owns and maintains a variety of equipment to conduct fast, accurate assessments and surveys during incidents and project work.  The equipment available to conduct radiological surveys and radiological counting includes:

  • In Situ Object Counting System
  • Dose rate and contamination monitoring equipment
  • Personnel Contamination Monitoring equipment
  • Tool and equipment monitoring 
  • Portable gamma spectroscopy instrument
